Self Improvement

I woke up one day and I began to recall the things I have done for the past days. Trying to weigh and balance everything, I realized that I was not doing well with my life . Because of that, I thought of something that would make me busy to maximize my time for useful and worthy activities. That is why, I started to make this blog simply to share my thoughts of life and what could make it more essential and fruitful as we deal with other people everyday. Hope You'll like it.

Mintaining a Balance of the Five Dimensions of Life- Your Way to Productivity

We are judged according to our thoughts, words and actions. Everything we do determines whether or not, we conform to the perception of others about a productive life. Doing what is righteous and helpful is great but, while we are striving to do good, others may find it insufficient.

Millions of people are expressing their own views about a productive life and each view vary according to the worth of our work as well as its relevance to them. They would rate us good enough because they can relate to us, yet, others would not. As the adage says" we cannot please everybody".
What does it really take to have a productive life? If we try to summarize everything, we can draw a conclusion that the various views of men generally come as one and revolve only around the dimensions of life which are, the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual.
The physical dimension of life deals on how you take care of your body and nurture it by engaging yourself into locomotor activities to be physically fit like, muscle workout, gardening, swimming etc. It also covers your personal hygiene, diet and other activities related to body maintenance.
Your ability to perceive things, solve problems, generate and share ideas with others is an important factor to be intellectually stable.
Your ability to identify various types of feelings and the way you handle them while dealing with people makes up your emotional stability. Proper handling of these emotions will enable you to resolve conflicts with others.
Engaging yourself into some programs like reach-out, clean and green, party, reunion and other forms of community service upgrades your emotional awareness.
The spiritual dimension may mean personal growth, ideals, compassion, fighting spirit, hope, wisdom, love , values, virtues and other intangible things. It does not necessarily focus only on the religious activities.
Try to give attention to these dimensions and incorporate them in your daily activities. Then, you will see that maintaining a balance of them would mean a productive life.
